No, the option to increase the prices can not be done, if the quotation status is "Shortlisted" or "Negotiation Starts".
If the quotation is still in the "Submit" state then the prices can be changed.
Furthermore, if the supplier entered the wrong prices after the negotiation ends, please contact the buyer.
