Resubmit the Quote

How to Re-submit the Quote: Sometimes you have entered the wrong value in the Quotation and you want to increase or decrease the value of the Quote.  


There are two scenarios when you can or want to Resubmit the Quote. 


Scenario 1: When the Quotation Submission Status is Your Quotation Submitted to the Customer. You can increase or decrease the value of the Quote (look at the image with the red highlighted box). 


 


Scenario 2: When the Quotation Submission Status is Your Quotation has been shortlisted for further process. Now, you can't increase or decrease the value of the Quote. As the boxes are greyed out now (look at the image with the red highlighted box). Ask the buyer to reject your quote so that you re-quote.



Scenario 3: When the Quotation Submission Status is Your Quotation rejected by the customer. Now, you can increase or decrease the value of the Quote. As the boxes are highlighted in pink colour out now (look at the image with the red highlighted box).
