Can I re-participate in a Closed Negotiation?
Once a Negotiation is closed you can not participate in the same negotiation.
Why: Live bidding/negotiation is a type of bidding that allows suppliers to present their bids live. During the live auction, suppliers place bids in real-time from the comfort of their preferred locations. It's a transparent mode of bidding where you get live results for the participating bid.
