My Accounts : My Leads. This section is most important part of PRM360 for a supplier/bidder. You must carefully understand this page. This will be most viewed page by you in near future. 


My Leads is divided into four parts. Each part has its own importance in saving time, giving you precise information on requirements. 


ALL STATUS: Filter the leads the basis filter available like 

  • New- New Requirement Invitations waiting for quote submission 
  • Negotiation Started - Ongoing live negotiation
  • Negotiation Scheduled- You are invited to take part in live negotiation
  • Negotiation Closed - Live negotiation ended
  • Negotiation Cancelled - A scheduled negotiation which got cancelled
  • WIP (Work in Progress) - Quotation submitted and invitation to negotiation is awaited
  • Closed - Requirement Closed


ALL PRIORITIES: When posting a requirement a buyer may declare urgency of a requirement as below (Please look carefully on the Requirement Page by clicking on the Title name as its hyperlink).  


  • High : Expect quotation in maximum two days 
  • Medium: Expect quotation in maximum three days 
  • Low : Expect quotation in maximum seven days 
  • Critical:  Expect quotation Same day 


Search:  A quick search option to find a particular requirement by entering the requirement id. We have quick search enabled (it will start filtering the data as you type letters in the box). 


Date Range: To funnel the list of requirements basis the selected dates



List Header


REQ ID: Unique ID of the Requirement posted.


Title: Requirement title which has been provided by client while posting the requirement. Once you click on the Title of the requirement it navigates to view the requirement details where you can also input your prices and submit the quotation.


Price:   Total quotation price given for the requirement.


Requirements Posted: Timeline when that requirement was posted


Freeze Time: You must submit the Quote before the shared Freeze time to avoid any delay/rejection/late stamp.


Negotiation Start Time : Requirements where you are invited will show case the live negotiation start time.


Status: Status of the requirement like:


  • New- when requirement was posted
  • WIP (Work in Progress) - when prices are submitted and negotiation was not scheduled
  • Negotiation Scheduled- when negotiation has been scheduled
  • Negotiation Started - when negotiation has started 
  • Negotiation Closed - when negotiation was ended

Type: Type of the requirement


Actions- Can be used to chat with Buyer at the time of active requirement only.

Important :  The availability of page is restricted as per the buyer. All suppliers/bidder's might not have the above page.
